"Not really worth the price"
I was expecting a bit more for what they’re charging. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for the price, I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

"Exchange took longer than I expected"
I tried to exchange an item the whole process felt a bit more complicated than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t super clear, so I kept having to check back for updates, which got frustrating. Maybe it was just my order or timing, but for me, it ended up feeling like more hassle than it was worth.

"Wish there were more food options"
I was really hoping to see a better selection of pet food, but my dog’s usual brand wasn’t available. It was a little disappointing, especially because pets rely on us to make sure they get what they need. I think having more reliable options would make a big difference

"Not a lot there, honestly"
I was kind of confused browsing muttsandco.com because I expected to find a decent selection of basic dog stuff, but a lot of what I was looking for either wasn’t available or only had like one or two options. I kept thinking I must be missing a category or filtering something wrong, but nope. I ended up checking other sites quickly. It just didn’t really feel worth the time for me.

"Dog wash was a bit of a letdown"
I tried the self-service dog wash and it was kinda dissapointing. The room wasn’t very clean, the shampoo was almost empty, and the dryer barely did anything. The staff seemed nice enough, so that wasn’t the issue, but I still left feeling annoyed. It wasn’t the worst ever, just not really worth going back to for me.

"My online order still hasn’t shown up"
I placed an order online and it just never arrived. There haven’t been any real updates, and I’m still sitting here days later wondering what’s going on. It’s frustrating because I’ve wasted so much time and energy checking for tracking info and trying to figure out where the package is.

"Am I missing something with the delivery times?"
Am I missing something here, or is the delivery just never on time? I ordered twice and both times it showed up late, with no updates or heads-up at all. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again...

"Not a great first order"
I wasn’t too happy with my first order. It took longer than I expected to arrive, and the tracking/updates were kind of confusing, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be!!

When I reached out for help, the replies felt slow and didn’t really clear much up. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but based on this order, I don’t think I’d shop from muttsandco.com again...

"I stopped in for a quick shopping..."
I stopped in for a quick shopping trip, but the store just felt really grimy. The floors looked gross, like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and a lot of the shelves had a noticeable layer of dust. It kind of made the whole place feel neglected, and I didn’t really want to spend much time there.

"Confusing layout and not the best vibe"
I wanted to like this store because the concept seems cool, but actually shopping there was kind of frustrating. The layout felt all over the place, and I kept having to circle back just to find basic stuff that seemed like it should’ve been easier to spot.

Some shelves were packed while other sections looked weirdly empty, so it was hard to tell where anything was supposed to be. I also asked a question and felt a little talked down to, which didn’t help. Maybe it was just an off day, but I left annoyed instead of wanting to keep browsing.

I reached out because I needed help with my order, and the replies I got were so short they almost felt like a typing exercise. Really made me feel valued — in the sense that they clearly valued me going away as quickly as possible

"i took my dog in for a..."
i took my dog in for a grooming and left disappointed. the cut was uneven, he still didn’t smell clean, and they missed spots around his ears. the staff was friendly enough, but the actual grooming just wasn’t good. i won’t be going back

"Checkout was such a hassle"
So... I tried placing an order and the checkout was just a mess. It wouldn’t take my card at first, then the page froze after I had already entered everything. I ended up redoing my info twice and still wasn’t even sure if the order actually went through. Super frustrating, so I gave up and bought it somewhere else.

"Curbside pickup was super confusing"
I ordered online for curbside pickup thinking it would be quick, but I ended up sitting there for almost 30 minutes after checking in. I called twice and somehow nobody seemed to know where my order was?? The staff was nice when they finally brought it out, but the whole process was just frustrating and kind of defeated the point of curbside pickup.

Am I the only one who felt like the wellness advice didn’t really line up with what was going on? My dog stayed itchy even after following the suggestions, so I was left feeling a bit unsure about how helpful it actually was.

"Of course the discount code didn’t work"
I tried using the promo code because it said it was valid, but once I got to checkout, it still charged me the full price. i kind of expected this because discount codes always seem to have some catch, and this just confirmed it for me. Frustrating.

"Not Much to Choose From for Treats"
I was a little disappointed with the treat selection. I went in hoping to grab my dog’s usual favorites, or at least something close, but there just wasn’t much that looked decent. The options felt kind of picked over and limited, and I ended up walking around longer than expected trying to find something my dog would actually like. In the end, I couldn’t find the stuff we normally buy, which was frustrating

"Could’ve Been a Friendlier Visit"
I stopped in with what I thought was a basic question, and maybe I caught them at a bad time or maybe I was just already tired that day, but the answers felt really short. I kind of felt like I was bothering the staff just by asking. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely didn’t feel very welcoming.

"Didn’t last long"
I bought this toy for my dog. It ripped apart really fast. It didn’t feel sturdy at all. For the price, I expected more. I probably won’t buy this one again.
